Ms. Brasted joined WTC in 1994 and currently serves as President/CEO of Wichita Technology Corporation (WTC), is the Managing Member of Wichita Technology Ventures, (WTV), an early-stage technology fund and the Managing Member of the Midwest Venture Alliance, a Kansas based angel group all of which serve high-growth entrepreneurs in the region. Under the leadership of Ms. Brasted, the WTC team has provided hands on business building assistance to several hundred entrepreneurs, invested seed capital dollars in more than 75 technology companies, representing over a 100 patented technologies in diverse technology areas such as advanced materials, manufacturing technology, biotech, broadband and telecommunications, proprietary engineering services, medical devices, information technology, and software solutions.
Ms. Brasted, also a successful entrepreneur, founded her first company in 1995 and is an active angel investor and a frequent speaker on accessing venture capital and angel investing. She serves on the Boards of several technology companies. She earned her bachelors degree from Wichita State University and an MBA from Baker University.

Mr. Goodwin joined WTC in 2011 and provides start-up business clients with strategic and operational planning and implementation solutions that prepare them for investment and financial success. Prior to joining WTC, Bruce served as Vice-President of Venture Services for Touchstone Venture Management in Wichita. Bruce has also gained a great deal of practical business start-up knowledge and experience covering well over a decade of past efforts leading the real estate development and construction for new business facilities in the medical, hospitality, and housing industries. He has provided mentoring support to the PIPELINE entrepreneurial fellowship program and Great Plains Capital Conference. Bruce earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wichita State University and an MBA from WSU & Temple University.
Venture Services Coordinator - Wichita Technology Corporation
Ms. Blevins joined WTC in 2008 as Business Development Coordinator/Office Manager. Ms. Blevins is primarily responsible for the coordination of new deals as well as general office management.
Prior to joining WTC, Ms. Blevins worked as a Financial Analyst for The Coleman Company providing financial forecasting and budgeting for The Coleman Factory Outlet Stores and Coleman Latin America. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University.
